Old Navy Sale
This weekend Old Navy is having a darn good sale. If you spend $50 you get an extra 20% off, spend $75 and get 30% off and spend $100 and get 40% off. That's in addition to clearance or sale prices. I finally got some good fitting jeans and only paid $15! Don't look online though; the sale is in stores only.

Garage Sale
Earlier this week I lost my greyhound, Ogre to cancer. Last year I lost my cat, Bella to the same disease. If you've been through this with your own pet then you know the disease is extremely painful and any kind of treatment very expensive. Many times there are no options. When there are the Popeye Animal Cancer Foundation is there to help disadvantaged owners with the financial burden. The Popeye Animal Cancer Foundation is a 501 (C) (3) nonprofit organization established in May of 2005.

There is a way you can help that won't hurt your pocketbook. Consider donating household items to their upcoming garage sale. Items can be donated at the Animal Cancer and Imaging Center at 8560 Canton Center RD in Canton, MI. Anyone who has ever thrown or attended a garage sale knows how much a large selection with a good variety goes toward its success.

Even if you can't donated you can consider attending the garage sale. It is being held on October 11th from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. at the Animal Cancer and Imaging Center. Don't worry about forgetting because I'll be posting again as the day gets closer.

Art Supply Sale
I haven't attended this show before so I can't recommend it from personal experience. However, I have attended dealer shows to buy craft supplies in the past and have always found the deals to be amazing. So if you are looking to restock or start a craft supply stash for winter activities this is a great opportunity.

Check out the 41st Annual Michigan Ceramic Dealers Association Fall Fired Arts Fantasy Supply Show! You can find values on craft supplies below retail for both beginner and advanced crafters. There will be door prizes and Make-N-Takes as well glass, clay and fusion demonstrations. Shop for hard to find items, ceramic and pottery supplies, decals, fused glass supplies, jewelry findings and more. Admission is $4 and parking is free. The show runs Sat. 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. and Sun. 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. at the Madison Place Conference Center (also known as UFC Workers Union Local 876). The Conference Center is located at 876 Brown Drive in Madison Heights (South of 13 Mile RD, between John R RD and Stephenson Highway).
